All payments are made on-site unless otherwise agreed. For excursions to Luxor and Cairo, card payments are accepted, while all other excursions or transfers must be paid in cash.

If you have booked an excursion, always reach out to us two days before the planned departure to check for any possible changes, such as pickup locations and times.

The only official way to book our excursions is through our website ("Bookings") or via our representative in Egypt, Amir. Valley of the Kings is not responsible for any bookings made through tour operators who arrange excursions. If someone picking up guests from the hotel—for example, for a safari—offers bookings directly through them, we take no responsibility for such arrangements.
